Bad customer service

Everytime I called they lie and tell me it will be shipped the next day or by the end of the week. Eight weeks later I had to.call Rockwool Insulation in Canada to motivate core insulatlators.

Lack of communication with delivery. No updates regarding delays. Took just over 5 weeks instead of the promised 6-8 days.

Shipping delays galore and no commication as to why. Promises to look into it and call me back never materialized. It took over a month and constsnt calling to finally get it shipped. Nope, not again.

After about a week of monitoring the website to check on shipping it wasn’t moving so I I called them. Was told that it was to be on a truck in a week. Week goes by and still no progress on shipping. Called again. Found out they shut down for a period of time because of weather and now delayed another week. I understand things happen, but a phone call on their part would have been amazing.

Delivery service was amazing

Took a little longer to receive the insulation than expected. About 30 days. But it was exactly as ordered.

Core Insulation Supply is awful. The website said it ships in 4-7 days, it took 17 days to ship and when I called they hung up on me and when I emailed they basically just said it will ship whenever the shipping department ships it. Held my entire job up for over a week. Zero communication, horrible company.

Got a decent price, delivered to my door, and I wasn't obligated to buy packs in increments of 12 like at Lowes. Would do business with Core again.

This was the biggest issue. It took 2 weeks before the product even shipped even though they claimed 7 day shipping. When it arrived, many of the bags were ripped and contaminated. We are still trying to return the ripped bags and it’s been two weeks since we let them know.

No problems with finding exactly what I needed and you had the product I was looking for.

Good experience. Shipment was delayed. Core Insulation was good about informing us of the delays and keeping us up to date with shipment info. I would definitely recommend them!

Completely disappointed. Materials came in extremely late wet and missing. It took forever to get what was missing put our project back tremendously on time line. Customer service was a joke. Couldn't find out what was going on with my order.
