One of the worst customer support experiences I’ve ever had.
I placed my order over a month ago and still haven’t received my scooter. The package is supposed to be shipped from Poland to Sweden — not across the world. Yet somehow, nothing has arrived.
Customer service is absolutely terrible. All I get are automated replies saying things like “we have contacted the shipping company,” but no real help, no actual updates, and no responsibility taken.
The only compensation offered was €20, which
