It wasn't good or bad. It was indifferent. There were no suggestions. There was no information. It was too clinical. There's no human touch to things anymore and it's just very clinical in the name sake of saving money. I guess I'm not sure what the reason is, but when I finally had to break down and call the office, I met a very nice girl on the phone however, she neglected to tell me I needed to order the Vshred guide with my needle clamp that doesn't truly fit my machine by the way.
