Communication was prompt, but did not resolve the issue. In fact one of the responses implied that I was stupid - I had sent a photo to show the white strip down the middle of the fabric, and was told that if I turned the fabric, the strip would not be down the middle…ridiculous. I will not be doing anymore business with your company, and have been warning others, about this and that the fabric is very course, even after washing it!
