If i could give it zero starts I would. I got an email saying the order was dispatched - no sign of the order. I contacted customer service, didn't receive a response for days. I contacted again asking for a refund. I purchased another gift in the meantime as the reason I chose Dylan Oaks was their fast delivery. The order was sent AFTER I requested a refund. I would have to PAY AGAIN to return the order. So I have to keep it as a xmas gift. Not a happy customer.
