I bought the jewelry in store in Kildare Village. I couldn't say enough good words about the product and customer service provided by Shonagh. Weekend staff needs more improvement with customer service not so attentive and helpful. 3x I came back with wrong engravement after paying extra. One was fixed the other one was refused and can't be done apparently when previously there was no issue. So there's no consistency and very unhelpful. Luckily it was redeemed by one.
