I actually had an issue with one of my UClips I was amazed how fast they returned my email, they asked for a photo I sent it the next day I had a replacement. Believe me that’s huge. some companies don’t answer emails for weeks if at all. UClips replaced the product immediately after I emailed them a picture of what was wrong with the product. Impressive customer service.
