It was ok. I was told there would be QR codes in with my pack to show installation for my bike, however it was just a random bike that had different mounting points. It’s not the most straightforward thing but at the same time it’s not massively difficult, but I wish the QR was bespoke to the bike you order, that way I know the installation is done correctly and will stay on
