I was very disappointed with the return policy. The dress didn’t fit as expected, and when I tried to return it, my only option was store credit. I didn’t see anything else I wanted, so I was essentially forced to keep my money with the company. Customers shouldn’t be stuck with store credit when they’re unhappy with a purchase. A refund to the original payment method should be an option. I won’t be ordering again unless this policy changes.
