As much as I appreciate dealing with only one support person the time it took to talk to them was way too long. One day of a question and wait g for another day to go buy to receive a response. Then after 5 days of questions and answers and when I decided to return the product to them be told a 10% penalty was being established because my order was a while ago was unacceptable. I had to prove to the support person that according to the website I had 14 days to return for a full refund.

Although I did not keep the Wolfbox MegaVolt 24Air, I have other Wolfbox products that I really like. I would buy from them again. Also, to date, their customer service experience has been refreshingly good/positive.

I feel like it was exactly as advertised. The only suggestion is maybe have the option of which hardwire kit to include in the bundle, OBD2 port or fuse tap.

Mirror and cams worked thank goodness. The shipping was bad, but the quality of the product showed, when everything worked great! Love all the features and the customer service is amazing!

Installation was easy, great product

The cost of the for one screen protector was a bit pricey and wish there was more clarifying directions for installation. A side that the shopping experience was great .

Shopping was easy. Your website is confusing in places. Support was spotty as I tried to make the app work. I made it work on my own by doing a force stop of the app before saving a file. I saved 3 files after doing 3 force stops. You app needs work.

Flashy site and tons of high points but lacks a little in the details and specs available. UI is clunky to find related items and specifics.

They have very reasonable prices on their site and it was easy to navigate

I like the Dashcam however the stickers that comes with the Dashcam doesn’t stick to the window when it is hot.

Advised that item was damaged due to lack of protection in the packaging. Replacement sent and still damaged.

Products are great & customer service is willing to help if needed.

Little difficult to hook up to my Mazda 3, but got it figured out

takes way too long to start up. has lots of features but the #1 feature it should have is being a digital mirror. reversing is one of the first things one does after starting a car, and every time i need to wait forever for this stupid mirror to boot. instant boot should be the top priority. it's not good at it's main purpose.
