Good service but I had to order the direct connect cable because the mirror only comes with the cigarette light power adapter. I didn’t realize to connect the mirror directly into my system it was an optional item.

Bought the tri pro from a shop and they installed it along with inflator/charger. Those items are great off the shelf.

Great pics and video. Slightly cumbersome to download with wifi vice the SD card- but I am learning.

Easy set up and works great. Solves the problem of the lost rear view due to the installation of an AluCab camper on the 2025 Gladiator. One minor issue with the longer 30 ft cable for the rear camera, which Wolfbox addressed very quickly.

Customer service directed me to contact fedex and file a loss claim. Lesson learned just buy it from amazon incase something like this happens.

Item was shipped to the wrong address despite sending the correct address. This caused a significant delay from purchase to delivery.

Bought a 850 Pro less than a year ago and was so impressed with the performance that my wife asked me to get one for her vehicle. Every time she comes back from running errands, she comments on how much she like it (except for it constantly telling her that she is out of her lane, but we are working on programming it). :)
