The 900 version was legit thought I was upgrading with this one and instead downgraded. Very frustrating connections are different. New camera is a POS.

Shipping needs to be better but overall customer service was good on the phone

Shipping was great. The product zoom and camera changing screws randomly is bad. I bought 2 and returned 1. Only reason I didnt return this one was how much time I spent wiring it. The lack of zoom settings makes it unusable to judge distances.

Got it pretty quickly and I do like its simplicity to use compared to others I’ve seen used.

Customer service was stellar. We needed a longer cable and we were sent one immediately for no charge. Telephone help was always accessible. The quality of the video is amazing. sooo much better than the stock camera that came on our RV. We haven't traveled with it yet so no review on using in motion yet.

Fine, aside from shipping damage on my part. I didn't give them the opportunity to fix it though, so not their fault. But it could've been packed better.

Customer service was excellent! I initially ordered the basic rear camera/ rear view camera and decided to opt for the Tri-camera option. I emailed Wolfbox and explained my decision and they were happy to help and cancel my first order and even expedite my second purchase to keep things on a timely delivery.

The product is awesome, very simple to install, the quality from the cams are great, But whats greater was the customer services I have recived from Mark, every little issue I got like... I didnt got the fuse box connectors when I bought the whole kit, or the back camera wire was way to short for a Gladiator or all the help I got from him sending me instalation videos, Mark resolves all those "problems" inmediately!! got the the connectors and the longer wire shipped same day and also checked back to know if I had recived them, I can say how much you will love this product but in todays world to find people that actually cares for customers to have a great expericen with the product is more valuable than the product it self!! so BRAVO Wolfbox you have the right people in your team!! btw Mark deserves a raise!! ;) Thank you Mark & Wolfbox

I had to order the hardwired power kit and the 33-foot extension separately. Why not create a bundle with one or more of those items. I love the G900 Pro product.

I forgot to record a video of my first use of the Wolf Box 4000A. When I tried to jump‑start my truck, the pack immediately showed a low indicator and wouldn’t even attempt to crank the engine. I tried using the boost mode, but I was honestly disappointed. The engine turned over very weakly, as if the boost wasn’t providing enough power. I tried the boost several times, and the Wolf Box dropped from 100% to about 20% just from those attempts. In the end, I had to jump‑start the truck using my C
