I ordered this product two weeks before Valentine’s Day, specifically because it was advertised as “guaranteed delivery in time for Valentine’s Day.” However, it did not arrive until the 14th, missing the promised timeframe. We left on the 13th for a special Valentine’s weekend, meaning I have yet to even see the item. This completely ruined my planned surprise. Had I known it would not arrive on time, I would not have made the purchase. Despite multiple emails expressing my concerns, the issue was not addressed. Very disappointing experience.
