Pure flow used Royal Mail to deliver the parcel. The Royal Mail postman simply left the parcel unattended outside my house in an insecure place. They could’ve either left it in a safe place such as my backyard/shed or left it with a neighbour. But it was left outside my gate despite roadworkers doing their job right in front of my house. I’m lucky noone took my parcel while I was at work.
