My $250 order has been stuck down south with ZERO ETA. With all the packages backing up, the chances of my package getting lost are much higher now. Also not to mention that fact that I had to go out and spend more $$$ on another collar because my pup grew out of its puppy one. So this company has failed miserably in my eyes. All I got was “it’s not our fault” basically. Maybe next time there’s a looming strike , don’t send packages out with Canada Post. I’m not even pumped to get this ordered anymore because my experience has been brutal. Thanks for nothing. Terrible customer service. Hurry up and wait.
