Spent £160 on my first order and ordered all blue products for my little puppy Biscuit who is a boy. Paid £10 for a mystery item and they sent me a bright pink treat bag. It was selling at £8.50 so I paid £10 to receive an item selling for £8.50, complete rip off! Had to argue to send it back as a pink treat bag is no good for a boy dog and had to threaten consumer rights before getting full refund and no postage costs. Not a great experience when spent £160 on my first order
