I wasn't able to tell the harness wasn't the correct design for my Chihuahua x until he was walking with a lead. I was advised by customer services after sending photos that the style wasn't suitable for him despite the sizing being correct. I was refused an exchange as there was some evidence of wear from the lead clasp even though walking him with the lead on was the only way the issues could be highlighted.
