your products are great! I am a loyal user, I have more than you can imagine. I have some frustration around you discontinuing tetherXL and the communication model for talking it through.

I will probably never own a wallet other than Dango again.

Great experience

The shopping experience with Dango is very good. The products are well made, excellent for gift giving during the holidays. The only improvement I would recommend is that the time it takes to process the order and ship it across the country needs to be improved.

The magnetic could be stronger but it works good

It is a nice minimalistic wallet that fits all my necessary cards and other odds n ends. The elastic band can get stretched out if you wrap the entire wallet so I dont recommend doing that. Otherwise it holds cash note with no trouble.

I am extremely pleased with all the Dango products purchased, save the pen, which inslde of 2 weeks, became effectively unusable and worthless. Note my comments re the pen: I enjoy buying quality pens, and use them often. Having used my current Dango D01 bifold wallet for some 5 yrs, I elected to purchase the Dango pen, and expected a product of similar quality. Was I disappointed! The pen had two major design flaws...that have now, in only 2 weeks relegated it to the junk draw in my desk,

The customs inspection of the products you sent took two weeks and most recently there were requests for chemical inspections etc.I got tired and requested the return of the product from FedEx.No one, including you, was able to help.After all,I an just a person who buys products online.
