After completing my order of 9 mini clips (which I’m enjoying because they’re soft, comfortable and cute), Mello suggested add on clips at a reduced cost. I added on 2 original size clips and paid for them. I only received the 9 mini clips and not the 2 additional original clips. These hair clips are nice but they are pricey and it’s certainly not worth it to buy items that are not received. Super annoyed.
