This was the first time I ordered Saguaros that did not fit as expected so i was pleased to discover that Saguaro made the exchange process relatively painless. I love the comfort of the Saguaro shoes. I wish they made some Saguaros with a little thicker sole however as I get blisters on the bottom of my feet if I'm walking barefoot in my shoes on paved/hard surfaces for longer periods of time. In speaking with other Saguaro wearers, I discovered I'm not alone in this issue.

I got the refund anyway! So all good now. I am not enjoying the return process for one pair I ordered that the insole came unglued on the first day my son tried them on.
