I did two returns but was not told i would be refunded until weeks later when i complained the foot fundamentals course was fake and required money. Now i have no reciepts and am out of pocket $25 as well as having lost time and had my account details rapedcby the fake foot fundamentals course. You suck ill never but saguaro again

With time I find the rubber soles make my feet sweat and so the inner soles, would love another more natural materials. The brand is great in quality, price, comfort and efficacy, love it!

Lovely shoes and excellent service

I don't love that the shipping options say American Warehouse and European Warehouse, but all the shoes ship from China regardless, and there is no mention of a China warehouse. given the price I wonder if this is a product of Xingiang ethnic cleansing slave labor (or similar). I hope not. I have nothing to base that fear on other than it seems too good to be true, so I would love nothing more than to be wrong

The photos and descriptions are misleading. These are cheap synthetic quality, flimsy water shoes which offer no support and are hard to walk in, let alone do other activities such as hiking or bouldering as I hoped. The sizes are inaccurate so mine rubbed and gave me blisters even with socks and my sons only just fit. I regret my purchases and the refund process is complicated.

I had a problem with my last shoes which were the wrong size. I am 79 so not good on the Internet but the patience and understanding of the people at Saguaro was second to none and I now have the correct shoes thanks to them.

These are my go to shoes for the weekends and after work. Love them!
