Shoes are comfy and wide. I've been wearing minimal shoes for years, but these are my first saguaro pair. They feel like good daily wearers and even hikers...maybe even a decent trail running shoe. Even tjough i regularly run roads in minimal shoes, I don't feel like these would be well suited for that
