I’m grateful that the saber company helped me with the shipping issue of the saber scabbard. I do think sabers need to be provided with better instructions especially for those whose first time purchasing xenopixel lightsabers. I do think the blade a bit sensitive because glitches when I turn it on the first time. But as soon as I turn it on and off again it works. And I think my saber scabbard is a bit small for the saber blade. I have to struggle getting the blade in and out of the scabbard.

As an overall issue I have had multiple issues with the product I received vs how it was portrayed on the web page for purchase. I ordered beskar plates (image online for product shows 2 plates for the purchase but apparently you only receive one). I also ordered the count dooku saber and it was listed as a xenopixel with Bluetooth and motion control, but when it arrived it does not have those functions and it is a “proffie” blade. I am still waiting for this to get resolved.
