The blade arrived damaged because you could directly see black spots in the blade and the packaging was not firmly in the package and probably slipped the entire trip.

The pricing is absolutely fair considering the quality of their sabers—sturdy and well-built (even though I don’t push them too hard, because who would want to risk damaging such a beautiful saber? Haha). The craftsmanship is top-notch, with incredible attention to detail in the design. From the moment I placed my order, I received email updates at every step of the process. What really stood out to me was their customer service—before I even had the chance to notice a slight delay, they reached out proactively to inform me. That level of care and attention to each order is truly impressive. Furthermore, my order arrived on time. The packaging was also excellent—not only did it ensure the sabers were well-protected, but the overall presentation was stunning. The boxes, the color scheme, and the way everything was neatly arranged, including spare parts, really made a difference. And let’s be honest, having extra screws is a lifesaver—we all know how easy it is to lose those tiny pieces! Overall, I highly recommend SabreTheory. The saber was sold out. While customer service worked to correct it and sent a replacement, it was still almost two months until it arrived (which meant it was after Christmas). However, he was so happy with it and I was thankful for the supportive customer support. I know they coudn't do anything about the manufacturing delays.

My only issue was that I lost tracking information as soon as it got out of DHL hands so I didn’t know when or even if it would come but it did thankfully
