The only thing keeping me from giving you five stars is the unilingual packaging/website. A company from Canada, a country that has two official languages, should go the extra mile and provide French labeling for its products and website. (Actually, it's not "the extra mile"... it's the law). You have a massive pool of potential clients in Québec. Find a good French copywriter and show your Canadian colors!
