Items were received on time and shipping updates were really good. However the items weren’t good quality and kept falling out of my ear. I replaced the 1st earring after it fell out, and now it’s happened again.

The products themselves are nice, however do not get fooled with the 3-6 working days or the delivery time interval they give you in general as my order was supposed to come in 3-6 working days and it took a total of 11 working days to arrive which was pretty disappointing. And when i sent Twistedpendant a mail inquiring about the delivery situation, they just told me to check the tracking link which i already had (i told them that i had it in the mail i sent) that does not really help as it just informs you of the steps that the processing steps that the package has cleared.
