I have tried for two weeks to hear back from them. Then when I did, they just quoted me the charge was correct. I had forwarded a copy of my invoice where I ordered two wigs for $400 plus. Then I was charged $600 plus. No mention that they had even looked at my invoice before finally contacting me via email. On top of all this, the wig quality was barely average.
