I was happy with every purchase I have received to date, except for one.

Both the website and app are easy to navigate. The layouts are simple and self-explanatory. The categorical breakdown is super helpful when looking for a specific crow/or product. The colors are not to flashy or 'in-your-face'. Shipping can varry, depending on the time of the year. The love and compassion of not only Tiffany but her wonderful wig models exude is outstanding. Tiffany, her girls and everyone in between truly make me the wig purchasing experience superb. Thanks for all you do. M.

I’ve purchased a number of wigs from Styles by Soma over the years and have been mostly happy with them. Shipping is great and really haven’t had to use customer service at all.

Overall, my experience was disappointing. The product didn’t match the photos, videos, and the no return/no exchange policy left me stuck with an expensive wig I can’t use. I won’t be ordering again.
