While I am very pleased with the company and the hat, I was disappointed with the shipping. The order was placed December 9 and arrived at my home December 24. USPS tracking showed that my order spent nearly a week in the Kansas City metro area shuffling from one facility to another, often with days between shuffles. I'd recommend finding a shipper worthy of your product.
