And when I asked about changing it, I was told with a generic response that I can’t. It’s not like I am asking for my money back, keep my money! I just want a smaller size. The order was never given to the courier. Communication I have received is that "extra help is needed and someone will contact me shortly". This is noy happening. I paid a lot of money for a shirt and I am not receiving it.
This is TERRIBLE service, especially from such a high esteem company. These shirts are very in demand and such good quality. It really is a pity the online service is like this.
There should be better communication, solutions, A PHONE NUMBER, and so on.
I ama very disappointed and will suggest that nobody use your online service.
Made the payment and order ont the 27th of November, it was supposed to be here by the 5th... nothing, except a Cancelation from Old School to the courier.
