I think the website doesn't always match the offers shown in your advertising. Personally, I think the website is a little confusing too. Its not enough of an issue to prevent me from buying, but its just a bit annoying. Overall customer service is pretty good and we've loved most of the flavors that we've tried.

Shipping is a joke when it took a month they asked if there’s anything they can do when I reached out I asked if they could throw an couple extra bags of seeds for the delay and they told me no which I thought was kind of a joke to be honest given that they throw free seeds for all their promos and I bought a good amount of bags. The seeds are amazing, but this company’s going to continue to grow. They need to look out for their customers better and not take a month to send seeds locally.

Difficult to navigate the website. Wish I could build a bundle with the limited edition flavors but I had to buy 6 bags of both the pizza and cheeseburger flavors. Neither was as flavorful as I expected and shipping took forever.

Delivery takes forever and customer service lies to you. When I ordered this as a birthday present for my nephew and there was no estimated delivery time frame given that should have been my first clue. It took 17 days from the time I ordered. And the rep who responded to my emails questioning the status, either ignored specific questions or flat out lied. At one point I asked if the order was packed and he specifically said it was packed and waiting for pickup but he also did not know how often packages are picked up. Then in another email a few days later he said that my order was delayed due to the high demand for the pizza flavor. Horrible experience and I will never order from this company again.
