I really wanted to support this small business, and I actually liked the shoes—but unfortunately, they didn’t fit, so I had to return them. I felt very misled when I was charged $45 for the return, especially since the return process originally made it seem like I’d get a full refund. This policy wasn’t clearly stated or visible before purchase, and I think it’s unprofessional not to be upfront about something like that. Had I known, I wouldn’t have ordered. Sadly, I won’t be supporting this.
