I had to return the item because, although I ordered my usual size, it ran large and I needed to exchange it for a smaller one. My three-star rating is not due to the shoes themselves—they are great—but rather the return process. Even though the tracking information showed the package was delivered, it took quite some time for the return to be processed in the system. The replacement also took longer than expected to ship.

I love the product but I think I was not perfectly advised as far as the sizing was concerned. I contacted support with a list of shoes I own that fit me along with the sizes. I was then advised to go for size 10 which is half a size too small for me apparently. Still an awesome product though.
