Overall it’s been awesome to follow and shop Portland Gear. My only negative point is about restock and email Notifications for restock items. I’ve been waiting a while for the leather cascade backpack to be in stock but never had the chance to get it. Even if I opt in for the email notification on the website, I never received an email … tho my partner did receive one, but told me too late and they were sold out again… and now the restock is “planned” for April. Bummer

Send me the wrong item and when advised about the mix up was told the right item was no longer in stock. Offered a refund for the one item. I bought a bundled package that I would not have bought had I known not all the pieces were in stock. Also kinda seems like they sent the wrong item in hopes of just be ok with it or wouldn’t notice.

I needed to make an exchange they offered a bit more to exchange versus a return but the cost for the new one ended up being more than the listed price had I returned for the price of the old one and purchased the new one.
