I was a bit surprised that Portland gear didn't include a matching luggage tag. Doing so would be a great customer service benefit and cost Portland very little. I went on line to see if Portland sold the tag, but I am unwilling to pay another $15 for the tag, when I suspect it cost Portland less than $5 to purchase and personalize to the Portland brand. I am always in the market for improved travel and utility gear and I like what I see so far from Portland.
