The return or warranty policies are not customer friendly and the phone number listed on Google being disconnected tells me you have met a lot of people who are not satisfied with this. You should review this policy and consider the consumer impact for those with disabilities as well. Burying your head in the sand does not make for an equitable business and makes your consumers disgruntled and frustrated and will in the long term diminish your brand integrity. This is as polite as I can put it.
