2 paires de lunettes avec insert verre correcteurs acheter: 1 insert cassé à l'arrivé, l'autre pas la bonne correction.
Contact difficile avec le SAV pour faire comprendre la situation. Donne des info contradictoire avec celles présentes sur le site. Donne des "solutions" ne répondant pas à la problématique.
Toujours en discussion pour arranger la situation qui dure depuis près d'un mois.
J'espère que ça va s'arranger.

en recevant mes lunettes je vois qu'il ne s'agit de la marque Saolar, mais plutôt une sorte de contre façon chinoise en tout cas ce n'est pas écrit Saolar sur les branches.
Je me sans un peu trompé sur la marchandise.
