Great Communication during the sale. Some extra help given. The only issue wasn't anything to do with Duotts, but with UPS. At every stage moving between hubs and depots, there was an extra 24 hour delay. But still tracked for every single move throughout.

The DUOTTS N26 is an absolute beast!
I am extremely satisfied with this bike. It has incredible power, stability and confidence on every ride. Forest trails, hills, gravel roads, rough terrain – nothing seems to stop it. It simply goes through everything.

La bici meriterebbe 4 stelle, non 5 perchè non ha il fanalino posteriore che oltre a dover essere acquistato non puo' essere collegato all'interruttore . Oltretutto rende la bici illegale di notte. Do' 2 stelle perchè COMMERCIALMENTE mi sento preso in giro per non aver ricevuto il portapacchi PROMESSO. Mi è stato scritto che non è previsto, pero' quelle ridicole borse per portapacchi posteriore penseranno che siano un regalo soddisfaciente.
