The purchasing process on line can catch you out!
I filled out the request to purchase and came to the pay up bit when another screen came up get an extra 20% or something discount - why not!
Well click to suddenly realise I had just bought another 5litre container of degreaser!
Well I quickly sent a message to Shyn to have the second container cancelled! But to no avail as nothing happened and both containers turned up via carrier!!
Fortunately it has worked out just fine as the product actually works as advertised - amazing, actually a first!
So I was not happy about my request being ignored/missed - But it all worked out fine
