The website does state 2 to 4 weeks is needed for delivery of product but it took 8 weeks and 2 phone calls before we received the 6 items. It was concerning because they arrived 1 week before leaving for overseas. Admittedly there were staff health issues causing the delay but maybe in the future an email or call to the customer to explain the situation would help. Other than this tiny thing, the experience was good
