The ordering process is easy and quick, and when I had to exchange one of the pairs I bought for a different size, speaking with Daya to arrange it was a pleasure. She was so helpful and friendly, one of the few times in my life I felt like I was spoken to like a person and not just a customer via email. Really happy with the experience and will continue to support PaperKrane in the future.
