The bracelets are beautiful. My experience was not so pleasant. The sales woman was pushy and kept asking questions before I could even answer them. She spelled my name wrong even though I spelled it for her and made me repeat my email address several times. It was not the best customer service experience. I don’t like pushy sales people. I didn't have a moment to think to select and read the bracelets to make a thoughtful decision. I just wanted to get out of there. I like my bracelets ultimately but I probably wouldn’t go back to that particular store unfortunately. Theres a fine balance between good customer service and badgering. My solid advice is to stop and listen to your customer. And the name is Gina, not Jina.
