They ordered me the medium size when I asked for the biggest size bracelet. They made me think that this is the biggest size when in fact they didnt have that size at their location but they just wanted to sell so they didn't care that I get stuck with a small bracelet. I had to go all the way to Florida mall to get it enlarged, and waste 2 hours of my time. the bracelet also looks very cheap and is not worth the price at all. the whole experience was terrible. Never buying there again.
