I had never heard of this company and walked in by chance at an outlet mall. I received great customer service but some things were a little misleading. For instance I was told if anything happens I could get a replacement up to 4 years. I noticed I was charged for that warranty without being told! Also one of my $20 charms has already fallen off. Lastly, I had a bag full of expired coupons.

I use my iPhone for internet. This site has not been user friendly for me. When I click on an item I want to search within the site, a page with a single written description of the item keeps popping up and not the page that I can see the various photos and ordering options for the item. I got upsold like crazy and I was ok with it until the charm in stores clasp was faulty and they forgot to mail one (as they suggested) leaving me to track down where it was (never sent or even had a record of needing to send) and actually getting it mailed out to me. Wore it once and the necklace fell off! Lost the charm and the extended warranty doesnt cover this. I literally had this set for maybe 2 weeks. Super disappointing!!
