Waiting 10 weeks for delivery speaks for itself, and then for the top to be sent to the wrong address and then have to wait again because it was out of stock was an around bad experience, was never offered a refund at any point either, disappointed more than anything as was originally a Xmas present ordered on the 19th of December but it’s arrived in the 6th of March
