I put 2 items in my bag but was planning on waiting to buy until after the holidays. But, I accidentally ordered them. I understand that was 100% my fault but immediately after I sent an email explaining & messaged them on insta. Once orders are shipped they can’t be returned so I was trying to get ahold of them before that. I sent a 2nd email & they never responded. Very frustrating as I was polite & said if it was too late I completely understood. To get no response felt super unprofessional.
