The customer service is exceptional. I have never experienced customer service like this. Initially, my mask did not work. I messaged the company late on a weekend night. The following morning at 8 a.m. I received notice my replacement had been shipped. Best services ever!

the product is not very powerful, I feel mislead by your customer service team

False marketing. Marketed that the device I bought was powerful and can stimulate 20,000 contractions per whatever and it is not even close. I have tried other devices that produce stronger contractions so I do not believe they are accurately marketing their products. I ask for a refund and they said nope you’ve already used it. Well of course you can’t test a product without trying it. Very disappointing and want to return

Written confirmation that my defective unit qualifies for replacement. 2. A prepaid return label (as stated for U.S. customers). 3. Shipment details for the replacement unit. However, I haven’t gotten any update from their tech support or customer support on my defect machine.
