Definitely order from you again if I see something I like!

No just the issue with the address.

Slow responding to emails. It's as though the company really isn't located in Colorado as advertised, rather from China.

I ordered shoes as a gift and didn't receive a tracking number so it was challenging to anticipate when they would arrive. Though it was a quick turnaround it would have been nice to know they were in transit. I received delivery confirmation 2 days after they were received. Overall not a bad experience

The product was good, but it took 30 days to arrive. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It arrived after Christmas. I suggest displaying the estimated delivery date before purchase.

Great. Just disapointed in the shoe box they came in.

I never received my order. And correspondence when trying to solve this matter has been terrible. I'm still waiting on them to contact me back. I showed snapshots of FedEx tracking to show they couldn't deliver it. I still am waiting for this company to respond to me.

Customer service sucks since you have 35 days to return them in the site and then in the final letter it says read our policy fault advertisement don’t buy from this company
