The assistance with color match was very positive. Email exchanges were timely and helpful in getting the replacement color halo sent to me. I still feel that small color shade pallet samples should be available if someone wants to compare shades directly vs using photos and website shades. It really makes a difference.

Great experience

I went through the steps to buy another one and the color quiz never came up or never showed up while purchasing. I think it’s another way to keep people’s money and give them a subpar product.

When I placed my order I selected the wrong length. I contacted customer service and they quickly changed it and corrected it for me so I wouldn’t receive the wrong item on delivery. They were very friendly.
