I had to send a couple of emails and each one was returned before the end of the day. On top of that, the customer service representatives were friendly, helpful, and it’s obvious the company wants to make women feel great about their hair again because when my first two haloes that I ordered didn’t fit my expectations they sent me two more free of charge. That’s a great company! For that reason, I’m going to tell every woman I know about ThatHair!
