Customer service was a joke, how do you recommend a product directly then when the recommended product is so far off but still offer no compensation for the money your customer wasted on your product that will not be able to be used by the consumer. I would avoid “color matching” if you employees cannot in fact color match….. deceptive practices don’t fall for it. Go on Amazon 1/2 the cost and way better selection and hey you can return it for a refund if it doesn’t match!
