it seems like they are out to trick customers as their return policy clearly states you are able to get a refund if you want to return for ANY reason. When I requested to start a return because the only red they have that I bought was way darker and browner than pictures show (and I've seen online that some of the halo band extensions can snap), they told me because I didn't use their color match service I can't return, despite their return policy stating otherwise. They have ghosted me
